Established by the Savannah Jewish federation in 1995, the Savannah Jewish Archives acquires and preserves materials with permanent historical value to Savannah and the greater Chatham County Jewish community. We welcome donations of materials from private and public organizations, as well as individuals. Materials are located at the Georgia Historical Society and are available there during the Society's regular library hours.

The Savannah Jewish Archives are now located at the William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum in Atlanta, GA. Our collections are being integrated into the museum's library, as well as being preserved and made accessible online.
