YJS Sukkah Cookout at the JEA!
Tuesday, September 28, 2010
6-8 PM
Join all your YJS friends for a cookout in the JEA Sukkah!
Oy Vey! Is it that time again?
Rosh Hashanah begins the evening of September 8, Yom Kippur begins the evening of September 17.
Remember - all three synagogues in Savannah (Congregation Mickve Israel, Congregation Agudath Achim, and Congregath B'nai B'rith Jacob) maintain an "open door policy" for the High Holidays (and every other day) and offer a warm welcome to the entire community.
Can you believe Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are right around the corner? Let us know if you would like to celebrate with others! We'll be happy to help match you up with a family in Savannah for the High Holidays. There's a place at the table for everyone! Please email youngjewishsavannah@gmail.com if you would like to be placed with a family!
YJS warmly welcomes interfaith couples!
